Refund Policy:
We love our customers and do our best to give everyone great deals and fabulous treasures! Please note that all items are sold as-is.
Items may be returned using the original payment method only within a 24 hour window and customers are solely responsible for their delivery method both to and from the store.
1 day of purchase: a full refund for undamaged items.
2–5 days of purchase: store credit for undamaged items.
We will work with you if an item is faulty. Returns may incur a restocking fee. We do not offer refunds for damaged items. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When buying online from Tacoma Furniture and Consignment, simply select "Pick Up" at checkout. After your purchase, you will need to arrange transportation to bring your items home. Our staff members will stick a sold tag on your new treasure and you'll have up to a week to pick your items up.
When you're ready, visit our back entrance (1119 Court C, Tacoma, WA) and check in at the counter.

Most of our sofas are brand new, as are select coffee tables, dressers, bookcases, and other hard goods.
